(Notes from the Editor:
November 1998)
Japanese people may be thought as one of the
busiest people on earth who have little time for cooking. But, this month we found the
same kind of people here in the U.S. where Amy's Kitchen receives an unprecedented
reputation of its "cooked" meals of all kinds. It appears similar to the
conventional TV dinner, but its quality and taste are very different and superb. And more
importantly, they are all organic.
This month we highlight this 10-year old food products from Santa Rosa, California
where the 10-years old girl named "Amy", the Berliner's daughter born in 1988,
got her name in the family business.
MLT continues its efforts to keep updates on relative business information about the
industry and hopes to bring readers with more valuable and interesting information. We
target all our time and effort to "organic" foods so as to keep our eyes on
"healthiness, freshness, cleanness" of our life today. And we always appreciate
your support and welcome your comments and suggestions, thank you.
