Our Rosie's exciting debut in Japan !!!

カキウチ株式会社、カキウチフーズ株式会社の主催による第４回ウエディングビジネス
シェアアップフェアが１９９８年６月１６日〜１７日の二日間に亘り、横浜ブリーズベイホテルに
於いて開催されました。今回は特に「食」をテーマに加え、当社(MLT)とカキウチ(株)の日米
チームにより提供のいま話題のオーガニックチキン（ロージー）を素材にして、帝国ホテル・
料理顧問の村上信夫氏が特別セミナーを開催しました。健康、安全、美味の三拍子揃った
食材を会場では多くの方々が注目されたようでした。
★ Kakiuchi
and Kakiuchi Foods have sponsored the 4th Wedding Business Share Up Fair at
the Yokohama Breeze Bay Hotel
on June 16-17, 1998. In addition to the regular exihibitions
on the "Wedding",
this event has introduced our organic chickens from Petaluma Poultry which are
made available now in Japan
with the U.S.-Japan team of MLT and Kakiuchi Foods. The great
Chef, Mr. Murakami of Imperial
Hotel, has demonstrated a variety of menus of the delicious
and healthy chickens to the guests at the fair.
